Lily's is a family kitchen — the kind where recipes come from memory, not a manual, and the grill has been going since we opened our doors in Indialantic in 2020.

We cook the Lebanese and Mediterranean food we grew up on: hummus whipped by hand, marinades left overnight, lamb and chicken char-grilled to order over open flame. Our kitchen is open, so you can watch your plate come together.

Everything is fresh and never frozen — no shortcuts, no freezer aisle. Regulars call it "the best Mediterranean in Brevard," and honestly, we cook like we're feeding family, because most days that's exactly how it feels.
