When you order online
We collect your name and phone number (so we can call you about your order), anything you write in the notes, what you order, and your address if you choose delivery. When you pay, Stripe asks for your email; we keep it to send your receipt and a "your order is ready" email.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us.
Lily's Club
If you tick "Join Lily's Club" or sign up on our club page, we email you offers and news about once a month. Every email has a one-tap unsubscribe link. We only email offers to people who joined.
Job applications
If you apply for a job on our Join our team page, we collect what you type in the form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, the jobs and times you're interested in, your start date, what you tell us about your experience, and whether you're 16 or older. We use it only to consider you for a job at Lily's. It's emailed to the owner and kept in our order system, which only the owner and the people who run our website can open. To stop people sending lots of applications, we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address, never the address itself.
Want your application deleted? Email info@lilysmediterranean.com or call us and we'll remove it.
Counting visits
Our own visit counts are anonymous daily totals: no cookies and no tracking of individual visitors. To see how customers find us, we note the website or link that brought you to us. To spot returning customers we store a scrambled code made from your phone number, which can't be turned back into the number.
Our pages also include Google's advertising tag, which helps us see whether our Google ads work. When you order online, we also give Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number, so it can tell whether an ad led to your order; Google can't read them back. Google may set cookies for that; you can control them in your browser or at Google's ad settings.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run our website and ordering: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our order system) and Resend (our emails). We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
